When I made the cilantro sauce in yesterday’s post, I made a little extra for the next day. I had some extra red snapper to make, so I made some simple fish tacos. Just pan sear the snapper, chop some lettuce, saute some bell peppers, and put it all together. Add some of the sauce and your done.
