A friend told me about this tea shop down in San Diego, so I went down to check it out and buy some teas. This is one of the few places that has a huge variety of high quality organic fair-trade teas. When I went in I got a cool little tea tasting session. They showed me how to brew the tea correctly and explained the different types of teas. Each tea has its own specific brewing method, and when done correctly, these teas will change the way you think about tea. The rad thing about drinking high quality loose leaf teas is that you can get multiple infusions from one pinch of tea, and each infusion changes flavor.
