One of my favorite lunches is when you just throw a bunch of good cheeses, olives, meats, greens, and bread on a cheese board and just make insane combinations. A good friend was down from San Fran so I broke out some good Gorgonzola, blue cheese, smoked trout, salami, arugula, and other goods along with some good toasted bread. It’s an easy way to eat with other people. Everyone makes their own mini sandwiches.
