protein bites
Here is a super good recipe for high energy protein bites. The base for this recipe is quinoa, which is the only grain that is a complete protein. Do some research on it and get some. It’s good. This is Mihn’s recipe, so check out his website at www.minslivingtree.com .
- 2 cups cooked quinoa (black or white)
- 1 cup coconut flakes/or walnuts
- 1/2 cup of raw carob powder
- 3 Tbs raw cocoa/goji berry ground
- 1/4 cup of raw coconut nectar
- 40 grams of chocolate whey protein powder
- 1 Tbs raw coconut extra virgin oil
- 1/3 cup of maca/coconut flour/carob powder for coating
Simply mix everything in a food processor and form little balls. Coat them in the maca/coconut flour/carob powder mixture and eat.
