chimichurri

I recently had this sauce at an Argentinian restaurant in LA, and I had to replicate it. You can put this sauce on anything and it will be good.

Recipe:

  • 1/2 cup really good olive oil
  • handful of parsley
  • juice of one lime
  • 2 garlic gloves
  • 1 dried pepper

Process:

  1. grind up pepper in pestle and mortar
  2. mince garlic and parsley really fine
  3. add parsley, garlic, and lime to pestle and mortar and grind into paste
  4. add olive oil and grind some more
