Spring Roll

This is a recipe I learned from my friend Mihn, and it is a great recipe for eating healthy raw veggies. They are also super easy to make, and you can customize them to whatever veggies you like.

Spring Roll Recipe:

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1-2 bell peppers
  • 1 handful of sprouts
  • 1 handful of cilantro or basil
  • Rice paper
  • 1 avocado

Sauce Recipe:

  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Orange
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Thumb size piece of ginger
  • 4 tablespoons Bragg Amino acid or 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  1. Finely slice all veggies or grate using a mandolin
  2. Wet rice paper on both sides. It will turn very playable and sticky within 1-2 minutes.
  3. Stack full of ingredients, and roll into a tight roll.
  4. Blend oil, Bragg, juice of lime, lemon, and orange along with chopped garlic and ginger.
  5. Cut rolls into manageable pieces and dip in sauce.
