Spring Roll
This is a recipe I learned from my friend Mihn, and it is a great recipe for eating healthy raw veggies. They are also super easy to make, and you can customize them to whatever veggies you like.
Spring Roll Recipe:
- 2 carrots
- 1 cucumber
- 1-2 bell peppers
- 1 handful of sprouts
- 1 handful of cilantro or basil
- Rice paper
- 1 avocado
Sauce Recipe:
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Lime
- 1 Orange
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- Thumb size piece of ginger
- 4 tablespoons Bragg Amino acid or 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Finely slice all veggies or grate using a mandolin
- Wet rice paper on both sides. It will turn very playable and sticky within 1-2 minutes.
- Stack full of ingredients, and roll into a tight roll.
- Blend oil, Bragg, juice of lime, lemon, and orange along with chopped garlic and ginger.
- Cut rolls into manageable pieces and dip in sauce.
Just made similar spring rolls with the inspiration of slow down cook more. Thanks for the idea, keep them coming!
